This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, focusing on creative and innovative design solutions. As a Junior Architectural Designer at Feinmann, Inc., you will be responsible for assisting with design development, client communication, and the preparation of construction documents for a variety of residential remodeling projects. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the design of assigned projects within the established budget and timeline.</li><li>Meet with clients, Sales Coordinators, and the Sales Manager to discuss design goals, project details, and technical requirements.</li><li>Develop schematic designs and adjust based on client feedback.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to integrate feedback and create refined, detailed designs.</li><li>Create accurate, buildable permit-ready plans.</li><li>Prepare specifications for doors, windows, framing, finish, and exterior materials in coordination with the Sales Coordinator.</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project progression.</li><li>Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.</li><li>Be available to provide design input during production and resolve field issues as they arise.</li><li>Help manage project schedules and ensure designs meet deadlines for timely completion.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.</li><li>1 to 3 years of experience in residential architectural design, preferably in remodeling.</li><li>Proficient in design software, including 3D modeling tools such as Chief Architect, Revit, or similar programs, with strong rendering skills.</li><li>Knowledge of building codes and construction processes.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.</li><li>A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the field of architectural design.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary at $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience.</li><li>Generous Bonus Program</li><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)</li><li>Work-Life Balance</li><li>Paid Time Off &amp; Holidays</li><li>Health &amp; Dental Benefits</li><li>401(k) with Matching Contributions</li><li>Reimbursement for Job-Related Travel</li><li>A Supportive, Collaborative Team Environment</li></ul>If you are passionate about design and want to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply today!
