What You'll Do 

• Contribute to all phases of carpentry for luxury remodeling projects 
• Assist in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom interior work 
• Follow project plans, meet deadlines, and uphold the Feinmann standard of quality
• Collaborate with Lead Carpenters, design teams, and subcontractors
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites 
• Use hand and power tools to perform tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members 

What You Bring 

• Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience, preferably in remodeling or custom work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Reliable vehicle and a full set of hand/power tools 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Professionalism and ability to work directly with clients 
• Proactive, dependable, and safety-conscious
